Quality (4 Actions)
Polish
Fixes grammar, punctuation, and phrasing issues while improving overall tone and clarity. Preserves your original meaning and structure. Use this as a general-purpose proofread for any text.
Simplify
Rewrites the text using simpler vocabulary and shorter sentences. Technical terms are replaced with everyday equivalents where possible. Use this when your audience may not be familiar with specialized terminology.
Make Concise
Shortens the text by removing redundancy, filler words, and unnecessary qualifiers. The core meaning is preserved in fewer words. Use this when your text is too verbose or needs to fit a tighter format.
Clean Up
Fixes formatting issues, removes AI artifacts (like "Sure, here is..." preambles), normalizes whitespace, and cleans up structural problems. Use this on text pasted from AI chat tools or messy sources.
Structure (5 Actions)
Summarize
Extracts the key points from the text and presents them as a concise summary. Useful for distilling long content into a brief overview or executive summary.
Restructure
Reorganizes the text with clear headings, logical sections, and improved flow. The content is preserved but rearranged into a better structure. Use this on long blocks of unstructured text that need organization.
Extract Actions
Scans the text for action items, to-dos, and next steps, then presents them as a Markdown task list with checkboxes. Use this on meeting notes, email threads, or project discussions to pull out actionable items.
To Table
Converts the text into a Markdown table. The AI identifies data patterns and organizes them into rows and columns. Use this on lists, comparisons, or structured data that would be clearer in tabular form.
To List
Converts the text into Markdown bullet points. Paragraphs are broken into individual list items. Use this to turn prose into scannable, digestible points.
Tone (2 Actions)
Professional
Rewrites the text in a polished, business-appropriate style. Casual language, contractions, and slang are replaced with more formal phrasing. Use this for reports, proposals, client emails, or any business-facing content.
Casual
Rewrites the text in a relaxed, conversational style. Formal language is replaced with simpler phrasing, and the result reads naturally and approachably. Use this for blog posts, social media content, or informal documentation.
Language (1 Action)
Translate
Translates the text into another language. When you select Translate, a sub-menu appears with 10 target languages:

The AI preserves the original meaning and adapts phrasing for natural readability in the target language. Markdown formatting (headings, bold, lists, etc.) is preserved in the translated output.
Quotas and Limits
Free Plan
10 lifetime actions total. This is not a daily limit. Once you have used 10 actions across your account, the feature is disabled until you upgrade to Pro. Each action you trigger counts as one use, regardless of the length of the selected text. Failed or cancelled actions do not count.
Pro Plan
Unlimited actions with a rate limit of 30 per hour. There is no lifetime cap. Failed or cancelled actions do not count toward the hourly limit. The rate limit resets on a rolling window.
